Guys,I don't want to receive messages in facebook.I even set the strict Filtering option in Facebook but still I'm receiving messages.I just want to block the feature so that no one could message me.Does,anyone knows how to do it ?

You actually can't turn off this feature but there are a few things that you can do:
If there are specific people that you don't want to receive messages from, you should block those people.
If you are receiving messages from people that aren't your friends that you don't want to receive messages from, log in to Facebook and click on your Account tab in the top right corner. Then, select Privacy Settings from the dropdown list. At the very top of the next page you will see an option under “Connecting on Facebook†to “View settings.†Click on this. On the next page, find the drop down menu next to “Send you messages.†You can limit messages so that “everyone†on Facebook can send you messages, your friends and friends of friends by selecting “friends of friends,†or just your friends. Once you select the new setting, it will be saved automatically.
Another thing that you can do is turn off facebook chat by clicking the gear menu and then selecting 'turn off chat'.
After this if you are still receiving messages just don't open them.
