Posting free ads on Facebook is not possible. I don't think it's possible on Yahoo! too.
On Facebook, you might wanna use post(status/image/video) or ask the admins of a page who have many followers to display your ad in form of a post

Go to classified sites if you want to post ads free like olx, quikr, sulekha etc.
