how to contact Facebook in case of wrong account suspension and better yet what I have to do to sue them
Actually I can sue them on the grounds that theire actions aren't in compliance with Polish law and all services operating in POLAND must OBEY POLISH LAWS so Im thinking of whether to report them to EU comerce chamber ....theire reclaming method is un-fair and they don't have a link to contact them which itself is a serious violation of Polish law as it constitutes illegal commercial practices

You can't sue them. Should ave read the terms of service before you signed up, signing up implies you will accept those TOS. That makes a binding legal contract and you lost any rights to legal action. There is a link on the site to appeal.
