A question about Facebook? - Eli - 11-28-2013 02:46 PM Is there, by any chance, a program or something by which I can read the previous conversations on fb? I mean, for example I want to read some really old messages but it would take days I think to scroll up and finally reach the destination point ![]() ![]() I would really really much appreciate your help! Many thanks in advance!! - è² ã‘㟠- 11-28-2013 02:48 PM To start, go to http://m.facebook.com/messages/ Then click the person you want to see the first message with. right click the â€See older messages†button and click “open in new tab†or something that relates to that depending on what browser you use. Now, the link will appear in a new tab and it should look something like this: http://m.facebook.com/messages/read/?forward=0&start=52695&page_size=7&tids=numbers%3Dinbox&tid=numbers&see_older=1&refid=12 From here, all you have to do is change the start=52695 (yours will be another number) to start= a low number like 200 And that’s it! You will still have to click â€See older messages†a bit to get through those 100-200 messages, but it’s nothing compared to going through 50,000 messages first! (i take no credit for this) - Nikhil - 11-28-2013 02:50 PM If you open someone's message, there will be a logo for 'search' near the 'Actions' tab on the top right corner. If you remember few words of the message then it will find it for you. Good luck. - Daniel - 11-28-2013 02:53 PM Go to your Messages inbox on the Left Side On the Top you Will See a Search Box Type in the Person that your Lookin For and it will Pull Up There Conversation With you and you Can Go Back to it |
