I cant get into my twitter, it says i have to reset it but my email is invalid on twitter how can i fix it so i can reset it to log back into my twitter.

If your Email is Invalid Than That Means you Either Put The Wrong one in Or Twitter Deleted your Account or It Was Hacked and They Changed the Email Address If They Did That than you Wont Be Able to Recover it
