You can use follower exchange system that are easily available in google..Search as" instagram follow exchange" or "Facebook Like exchange".You may also buy the followers by searching the freelancers in Elance or Freelancer.com

http://plu.so/iqwrs works; it likes other peoples photos and in return gives you lots of likes. you can disable it at anytime in settings
