On the right side of Facebook there is a section to show events you have been invited to and friends who have poked you. What does it mean if there is a heart next to someones name? Like Jackson Harris then a solid red heart. Does that mean they sent you a heart or a relationship request?

I dont know exactly what it is.
But my answer is just a mild guess.
"Usually in fb comments, if you type as '<3', the read heart colour appears in the comment. May be when giving the profile name of him/her, may be they have typed the <name><3...so the heart appears next to their name.."
