do you unfriend on facebook to live in the present and not in the past? or do you keep everybody forever on your friends list?

That would depend on the friend. If you have a childhood friend that you no longer talk to and is just taking up space on your friends list, then unfriend that person. But if that person periodically posts updates about mutual friends that you would be interested in seeing, keep that person.
Go through your list and see who you care to hear about and who you don't care about.
It's not about moving on...it's about wanting to keep in contact or not.

Hmm, that's a good question. Most people create new accounts and add people that they want on them and abandon their old accounts. But I think unfriending will use up a lot of time. Although, you'd have to start again. This isn't a common problem because facebook is fairly new and most people who have it, are either much older and only friend people that they actually need/want to interact with and don't need to move on. Or are too young that they still have a while to go before moving on.

i Keep People On my Friends List Unless they Bother Me Or Annoy Me or Something
