How to I get to that thing on Facebook where you send your friends a code so that Facebook can prove that's your account. I can't figure out my password. An the email address in us ring on Facebook I delated that account so I have a new email address

Facebook sends a verification code to your email (or cellphone) to verify your account. It's not sent to your friends, because they may not be able to prove it's your account.
