No, it kind of sounds like a scam. Never trust or add people you don't know! Soon she may be asking for your credit card details!

i would message her so i can get a good laugh at whatever scam she is trying to pull.

No, my friend. I'd advise you to block this person, who MAY not actually be a woman at all. It's a deliberate attempt to scam you.

it is a scam.

a few weeks ago someone copied my aunts pic and used it to make a profile on FB and then started new friend requests for all of her friends. I just thought that she made a new FB page so I immediatedly accepted without even checking. It turned out, of course, that someone was hacking her or whatever and trying to gain access to all of her friends - then their friends - etc, etc. Whoever it was - was even chatting with my son. Creep as s hi t.

No, don't message her, it's a scam, block her.

Absolutely do NOT message her. This raises a number of red flags. First, you don't know anything about who this really is. Second, they're redirecting you to an email address, which is part two of most scams. The comment about their Facebook page acting up is probably also bogus. If it sounds like a scam, why take the bait? Just block them and be done with it.

Aloha
