Kind of vague, but if you mean like see pictures on someone else's facebook that are set to "friends only", then no. But if I may be bold, just create a fake facebook account, put a hot/cute guy/girl and friend... Works 9/10 times, might unfriend you within minutes, but at least you got in.

Not that I know of, and the likely hood of this would rely on someone finding a way around Facebooks security measures, and someone caring enough to go through the trouble to write a website and code to do this. And as soon as Facebook found out about it, it would only take about a day or so to fix the hole (maybe less).
