so i sent a friend request to someone on Facebook and she sent me a message saying that she reached the limit and can't accept my request now.
shouldn't Facebook display a message saying that this person reached the limit?

She may not have reached the limit when you sent the request, but by the time she got to it in the queue, she'd hit capacity.
Normally, yes, as soon as you try to send the request, a popup message alerts you that the limit has been reached.

I have a question for u guys can u help me ??? I have 9 hours now since i tried to log in my facebook account but there is a message facebook is down for meinatnce we will be back soon .... but there are already passed 9 hours...i loged in with my brother's facebook and when i clicked to my account the response is sorry but u dont have any rights to this page or this page could be deleted ecttt....help pleaseeeeeeeeeeee
