What exactly is Instagram? Is it just people uploading photos to their account from their iPhones?
Do you use it with twitter exclusively?
Why don't people just use flickr or Facebook albums anymore?

Instagram is it's own social network. No Facebook, twitter, or anything else attached. it's kinda like Facebook, but instead of friends you follow people. There's no personal info unless you include it, so you can follow pretty much anyone. You post pictures.
it's loads of fun, I highly recommend it.
