Every body's making pictures blurry on thier iPhone.. Like in the back round where you can see what they are focussing on.. Well how do they do that? Please help thanks!! (:

They are using filters. There are a few different pay apps that can apply filters to your photo's. Or there is always Instagram.

It could be that they're using Instagram in which case there's an option on that to blur a section of the image.

You can't do that in the camera you need to find an app that will allow you to do so.
