If you originally put it up anything you delete will get taken off if theirs

If you posted it, go to your timeline and delete that post. It will also delete from your freind's news feed.

Yes, if you delete it from your account, it will also be removed from anyone's timeline it was shared on, except if they copied/downloaded and reposted/re-uploaded it to theirs.

No it Does Not If you Delete Something From your Own page it Only Goes From your Page Unless They Are Tagged in the Post than It Goes With it
If you Posted on Someone Elses Page If you Want to Delete the Post Go Back to there Profile and Click on the X Where your Post is And you Can Delete the Post
