How can i do it so, that people i arn't friends with can view my profile pictures (sometimes i like to have a qoute or someting, yeah i know it is stupid
) - people can have a hard time figuering out if it is actually me.. so can you do it, if so how?

i want people to see them but only my profile/cover pictures

lol what? are you trying to have people not see your photos or see them? Your question is confusing.

Right now FB automatically makes your Profile picture public, but if you want old pictures to be public. On the side thers this icon picture it has little people kind of click on it. your choices will be
Only Me-lock symbol
Friends
Friends of Friends- a lot of little people
Public- a globe
you click on public/ the little globe and click save!
