if you could do that, then blocking someone would be pointless
you just have to wait for them to unblock you, which of course probably will never happen
but since you only add people you know in real life, just call your friend on the phone and ask them to unblock you
oh... you mean you broke the rules and added someone that you do not actually know in real life?

When a person blocks you on facebook there's no way you can unblock him/her by yourself, but obviously you can create an another account or use a friends account to visit their account who blocked you

You have to ask them! If they decide to unblock you, then there's no problem. If there's a good reason they blocked you, you'll need to work things out with them using other means of communication.
