You will always be notified and therefore being able to see who your followers are as long as you enable the FOLLOWERS feature. The only time someone is not "able to see" is when you are blocked by someone but blocking policies do not apply to followers. Please understand; followers aren't necessarily friends. Different rules apply to who you connect with on FB.

it easy just enter friend list then chose followers or following or all friends or recently added
