on windows just open a new windows the same way you open a program in general

Today All most all browser support multiple tab inside the same browser IE, Chrome, Mozilla are the known and popular browser.
If you want to open face book in multiple tab, open another tab or right click on any link on existing webpage and say open in new tab, here you also get an option open link in new Window, means in new browser.
