I was trying to go on his profile and it was keep on saying content not found. He also sent me a friend request a little while ago and it was made today i think. As i type this question, i feel like this a dumb question because now i think its pretty obvious he must have gotten banned. But is it most likely that an account has been banned if it says Content not found? Jw and like i said i know this might be a dumb question but whatever just answer yes or no lol

If it is banned than it should say ban for like 2050 or something similar or not sign in at all.
You need to mention what content are you talking about. Your question is not much clear.

your "friend" probably broke the rules, like creating more than one account, or using a fake name or fake age
that's the reason most accounts get suspended without warning
