The persons name is in black bold, and I can see a picture that I have seen before. However, I cannot see their profile link., or find them in the search engine. AM I blocked? Restricted? I'm not so sure? Does anybody know why this is happening?

Did you blocked by PC? Many Japanese use them mobile phone to do Internet. But it sometimes can not do. please try to block once more by PC
