Just upload the picture normally (either using your status photo upload) then post it normally. You must click on the photo and down at the bottom look for "options" then select "make profile picture for page" or something close to that and you're all set!

If its Not Fitting the Box Than it May Be Because the Image is To Big you May Need to Make the Whole Thing Smaller If its Not Fitting Keep Resizing and Cropping and Adjusting the Picture Til It Fits it will Fit you Just Need to Keep Adjusting til you Get it in the Right Place Good Luck

By edit your photo in your mobile or computer. Then use that photo. It can be fix
