✒ For pic you upload yourself from your device:
You can make an album that only you, your grandpa & your grandma that can see it, with the audience set to custom,
➤ click privacy/Audience Setting of that album ➤ click Custom ➤ you'll see "Share this with" and "These people or lists"
➤ click the box on the right of the latter ➤ a dropdown options will pop-up ➤ click "Special people or lists"
➤ your cursor will then be blinking in another box that now appear under it on the main Custom setting box ➤ type your grandpa's name, then click on the pop-up link ➤ do the same with your grandma's name ➤ Save.

(while you're in Custom setting, you'll see "Don't share this with" ➤ you can put your dad in there, even in the "Share this with" you choose Friends ➤ so only your dad who can't see it)

✒ For pic you get from your grandma or grandpa post in your Timeline:
You can change the audience setting to Custom like the above.

✒ Another way is, make a Friend list, say Grams list, put grandma & grandpa in that list.
So instead of change the Audience Setting to Custom as explained above, you just click Audience Setting ➤ click Grams, that's it. That means that pic or post, or album can only be seen by you, grandma & grandpa only.

✒ As you get the idea, you can modify that (the names/people) in anyway you want.
