What do you mean by indirectly? You don't want to open FB but you want to know what's going that involves you?
Go to Account Setting ➤ Notification ➤ Email ➤ click the choice to get all sent to email.

I don't know what you mean, sorry. Do you mean connect a like page? Well if that's the case than you can adjust your settings so no one sees your likes....

What Do you Mean By That Do you Mean Connect Facebook Without a Email Address ? If So Thats Not Possible Or Are you Trying to Set up a Like Page If So you Just Create A Page Page and Personal Profile are Separate
