I'm basing my page on smalltown USA. I live in a town with only 4,000 people in the south. I would like to develop a popular Instagram page with pics from my town and the life of it. Most of my followers would probably be country and small town people... Possibly with some city followers who are interested in a diverse life. Thoughts ?
