My friend left a suicide not on instagram saying that they're going to take pills tonight to end their life and that they're tired of being depressed. They threatened suicide before, but now they live so far away I don't know what to do. Do I call the police or do I contact instagram?

Police, instagram doesn't need to do anything about it because of their terms and condtitions/privacy policy
