You are missing the whole point. Do you know what anonymous means? Definitely not public domain on the internet.

Facebook might or might not be an appropriate setting for an anonymous group. I do know there are some "closed" groups on Facebook but even there people might not feel as secure sharing they are an alcoholic. That said there is no shame in being an alcoholic as long as the alcoholic is ready to seek help.
