There is no way for you to see who has disabled your status updates from coming up on their news feed. Facebook may have it in their data bases but that's far from accessible. So no.

How many times a day to you update your status? If you do it a lot, then there's a good chance that some of your friends are annoyed by it.
If people don't want to see it, they will block it.
