I go to my profile but there is not there...How can I change my twitter photo. Twitter Name @notepadofquotes
I did go to my profile option in edit but there is no option to upload picture

Go to profile option, than upload picture

just go to account- settings-Profile-Change picture-choose and then save the settings ...your profile pic changed !
