I have few people on my restricted list. I was wondering if they can see stuff that I post on someone's wall. Keeping in mind that the person I want to post something to is not friends with any of the people that are on my list. I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

If your friends wall is open to public, they may see it when they view your friends' profile. if your friend adds them, they certainly will.

Yes They Can Restricted List Does Not Apply Towards Posts That you Make on other Peoples Profiles
