If you unfriend anyone they wont know but if they check their friendlist they come to know you have unfriend them

Sorry you cannot unfriend someone without them knowing, they will notice you missing from their friend list and maybe appear in "people you may know".
If you are tired of all her bring posts just click "don't show in newsfeed". only show important things.

Your Facebook friend will not receive notification of you unfriend them unless they go to your account and they can't see anything. What you can do is remove them from the list of friends you can see post on your timeline. That's what I did with mine.

They'll know it, as soon as they go to you Timeline and see the button "Add Friend", or they can't find your name in their Friend list, or never see your updates again.
In order not to see their update in your Newsfeed, just go to their Timeline, click Friends, untick Show in Newsfeed.
And if you want, put that person into new friend list, create one, say Forgotton list, which you can do while you're clicking Friend in the above paragraph, the option to create new list is there too.
