I have question if is it passable to combine Facebook page and Facebook site if are from two different accounts?
PS: first I created profile, after few years i created page, but not on same account, but on different.

no, they are two very different things, you cannot combine them into one thing
however, you can log into the account which owns the page and then transfer the page to the other account to change the owner of the page
