I'm using facebook for windows phone and my cellphone number is connected thru facebook.

Are you Signed Into Facebook Chat Is the App Open It Wont Appear While you Have the App Open When you Close the App the Mobile Icon Will Appear

If you signed in Facebook app then you will be in green dot button. If you use mobile browser then you will be in phone icon
