My friends bf made her block me and they broke up and she wants to talk again but doesnt no how to unblock me how does she unblock me from an ipod

If its from safari, click the sidebar up in the top left corner scroll down to "settings and privacy" click "blocking" find the name and click unblock.
If its from the facebook app do the same.

You have to go in to settings and go to your blocked list and find the name and unblock the name!

Tell her to open her Facebook in any mobile browser (eg: safari) then go to settings >> blocking >> click unblock besides your name and confirm it.
