Meloetta is a Pokemon in Pokemon Black/White/Black 2/ White 2 that you can get through a Wi-Fi connection or by a game store, but Meloetta has not been announced yet.
Until the event is announced, Meloetta is not obtainable. The only way to do get Meloetta for now is by using cheats (Action Replay).
