Hi, I'm wondering about the legalities of photo uploading. Let's say for example that Person A uploaded a photo onto facebook. Person B then saves/downloads that photo, and uploads that photo onto another website. Are there are legal repercussions to this or is this protected by the law?

it depends on what it is a picture of - call a lawyer and ask for a professional opinion and explain the details instead of asking a group of strangers on the internet
keep in mind the laws in each country are different
