I want to Twitter someone but don't want my IP address being seen, I want to be anonymous.
How do I do this?

You can get the Proxy Server Online and Hide the Original ip-address it shows the Fake Ip-address,then You can use Twitter without Your IP address being seen...You can check the Ip-address and it's Details at this site http://www.ip-details.com/
