ok so I added someone on facebook. yes I know that will teach me. but however he keeps messaging me and I replied for a while cause I was sick that day so I spent the day on facebook and youtube. So anyway he was ok at first but then he got really depressing and it kinda got on my nerves cos I wondered if half of it was true. I don't wanna upset him that's why I am asking. I don't like ignoring people I tried not replying but I felt really cruel and I hate when ppl do that to me. so how long should I leave it and how do I let him down gently. I feel so evil and cruel. but I don't wanna upset him more.

reply short messages with long time interval. when that person ask you why you reply late, make an alibi that you're too busy or so many people chatting you. that person will stop bugging you thinking you're busy.
