I have the same question like you sometime ago. I eventually made a decision to buy some facebook-services through a website for about 1000 likes. The good thing was, the website send people to like my page in a certain period of time(about a week), and it makes it seem like a 'natural' way of people liking my facebook page. After the 1000 likes, the rest of the likes from people came naturally. Facebook is like a viral place where, when a friend likes a page, another will be curious, check it out, and eventually like your page too. Although not everyone have the same thinking as I do, as it is a controversial topic to buy such services, I find it quite useful to some extend. If you have the extra money to spare, that would be my suggestion for you.
