I took a photo with instagram, but it won't let me make that photo my profile pic for instagram. Can you do this, or no? Thanks ( sorry about the catagory )

You could screen shot the picture and then paste it to Paint. Then just crop it from there, save it to your computer as a JPEG photo and upload it as your picture
