For the past few days i haven't been able to mention people in my pictures with @ I've reset my search history i've reset my phone i don't know what else to do. It's really frustrating i'm running a shoutout page and i'm losing people because of this issue. :/

log in on your pc and do it once or twice, should do the trick.. if not relogin and if THAT doesnt work contact instagram :/
