My mom just got a tablet from Dell (with windows 8) and I wanted to make an Instagram. So, I got the app but it would not let me make an account. Then, I went on the website to see if I could make one from there and it still wouldn't let me. So, I was just wondering if I could even make an account or am I just wasting my time?

No you can only make an instagram account on an iphone or android, you could try and go to the att store, they have iphones which you can download instagram on that and create an account on, then login on ur tablet, but u can only view, like and comment on photos you cannot upload photos on a dell tablet (only iphones and androids)
