Twitter Jail is no tweeting.... you've been banded from tweeting.... if you've reached the max limit of 100 tweets per hour OR... 1000 per day... then your going to Twitter Jail... BANNED!
You are able to access your page and see what others are doing but you may not be able to update your status for a while, for half an hour or a few hours. Up to 1 day (24 hours)
