If you're still friends with her on Facebook then she didn't block you. If you were blocked you wouldn't be able to see her profile at all. Facebook sometimes glitches and its also possible that the post you were commenting on had been removed.

if you are still friends, that means the person either deactivated their account, or their account under maintenance, or facebook suspended the account for being fake, or because that person created more than one profile (that's against the rules)

It means she deactivated. It takes a little while for people to stop showing up on search results when they've just deactivated. If you wanna check if she blocked you just search her up on another account, if you're that desperate..
