HI I have a question about Instagram >.< so me and this person are following each other on instagram but I want to block them. If I block them am I still following them? Or do I have to manually stop following them?

I believe that if you block a person on Instagram then you have to manually stop following them. Blocking a person only disables them from seeing YOUR pictures, but it will not affect you.
