I tried to upload a video that I made to facebook that has a song called good time included in it but facebook won't let me upload it!! Is it because of the song?? How do I get past this it's anoying?!

If it won't upload and you get a warning about copyright infringement then probably.
Maybe it's taking too long to upload because of your internet speed?
Try not to use copyrighted materials, though.. if you've heard about SOPA 2013, then I'd really advise against it.

it's not possible to upload a video that contains a copywritten song - there is no way around it - you just have to remove the song from the video

You get the license for the online distribution by contacting ASCAP. Otherwise it is completely illegal to upload any song that you did not personally compose, perform and record.
