well this is pathetic I know but I dotn have real friends so I made a few on here and I need to stop cause its addictive just for like a week or so... so how can I keep myself from being tempted to go online? don't tell me to go outside and make real friends.... if you knew my town you'd know why I havent

Find a new outlet, for example:
Play some MMORPG.
Write lyrics
Study(?)
Go to a gym or something

If going outside is not an option in your town, then you can still go online but not on Facebook specifically.
Youtube has tons of videos on different subjects, games, etc.; you can easily waste your time on Youtube watching all kinds of clips.

that's easy, just don't go on facebook, watch tv, buy a console and play games, read books, go shopping, go for walks, listen to music
