Change your Password if your Email Was Changed Than your Out of Luck on Getting Back in
If you Are In your Account Go to Account Settings Than where it Says Password Hit Change
If you Are Not In your Account To Change your password Hit Forgot Password Put in your Email Address than Facebook Will Send to your Email A Password Reset Link Click on the Link Inside the Email
