I want to send someone a message but we are not friends on facebook. I can send a message but it says that it will go to the 'Other Folder'...will the person I'm sending the message to be able to see that I sent her a note? Also I heard that you have to pay $1 if you want to send it directly to the persons inbox. Does the option pop up once I press on 'Send'?

i dont think anyone knows the answer to that... i mean, no one ever actually pays the $1
what do you have to lose? just try it - you will either be given the option or not
