Why won't my candy crush connect to Facebook? - Nicola - 12-08-2013 10:21 PM
I recently deleted the app and was told that I would still be on level 168 when I re downloaded it. I wasn't. I was back to level 1. When I tried to connect it to Facebook the app just closed and went back to my home screen. It did this every time - even after I deleted the candy crush app again and reinstalling it. I even downloaded the Facebook app and used that app to connect instead of using the Facebook via the web. I don't know what to do now. Candy crush is telling me I'm on level one and that I have no friends on other levels. I've tried to connect to Facebook but the candy crush app Just keeps closing itself when I try.
Anyone help?
The device I'm using is iPod touch 4th gen by the way.

Have you updated to IOS 7? and check your data usage/storage, internet/WiFi problems, when deleting apps, memory of app is deleted too,

I think there may be something technically wrong. You can play it through websites. Like other hugely successful games, Candy Crush incorporates a social aspect - it is a thing you can do with friends and family. You can log in to the game using your Facebook account which not just syncs your game across a number of devices, but also enables you to see how far your friends have gone into the game. Seeing how good your friends are at crushing candiescreates asense of envy which can motivate you to play more levels. However the games social integration does not stop there. The game is designed to tap into your social network when you are in need of help.
